• How has your work technology changed?

25 years allow for a lot and there has been a significant change due to the new technologies. So that you can get an idea, in the past, sales people usually processed their orders in the street from a telephone box. Currently, we all carry cutting-edge devices that connect us to the Internet and allow for communication wherever we are.

 

• During these 25 years, it has been a bit of everything. How have you remained active?

Pinturas Isaval has changed a lot over 25 years. The staff has increased exponentially, facilities are more modern,… but the main values and principles of the company have remained over time focussing on strengthening relationship with our customers. Probably, this approach is part of our success.

 

• How has the relationship between customers and sales people changed over this period time?

As I said before, the relationship between customers and sales people has been one of the company’s strong points over these years. Now, we are all much more reachable but, paradoxically, more difficult to locate. However, this continues being one of our top priorities.
